L’Express is a personalized e-newsletter, structured according to seventeen different subjects, covering all areas of law. It provides daily access to the most recent decisions in administrative, civil, and criminal law, as soon as they are published. It also provides weekly summaries and full texts of reported judgments, as well as reports on legislation and legal commentary.

Each subject gives you the option of receiving case law alerts in a group of areas of law corresponding to different fields of practice. Select the desired degree of jurisprudential interest, one or more areas of law, one or more jurisdictions, and any other customization options you wish to tailor your e-newsletter to your interests.

 L’Express Travail is an e-newletter providing up-to-the-minute news about labour and employment law. As a specialized e-newsletter, it covers three subject areas: labour relations, disciplinary and non-disciplinary measures, and workplace accidents and occupational illnesses. As a subscriber, you will receive case law alerts and weekly access to summaries and reported decisions, as well as reports on legislation and legal commentary on subjects you select.

• All: All subjects, all areas of law, all degrees of jurisprudential interest, and all jurisdictions. The e-newsletter is delivered by e-mail and decisions, reports, and commentary are sorted by area of law.
• Customized: Selected subjects and related areas of law, the degree of jurisprudential interest, the jurisdictions, and the method of delivery.
• Classic: Selected content from the Jurisprudence Express (J.E.) and Droit du travail express (D.T.E.). A function also provides access to the J.E. and D.T.E. in PDF format.

Preferences

Set preferences to confirm or modify the configuration of the e-newsletter and choose how the decisions, reports, legislation, and commentary are sorted (by area of law, jurisdiction, etc.). You can even choose a personalized title for your Express (your name, for example) so that you know that the Express you receive is really your own.
