The Court of Appeal of Quebec, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Court of Quebec, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Professions Tribunal, the Ministère de la Justice of Quebec and the Société québécoise d'information juridique are pleased to offer unofficial English translations of their selected judgments. Since July 2010, SOQUIJ has translated over 2,500 pages of judgments of the Court of Appeal, thanks to a grant from the federal government.

Any or all of these translated judgments may have been the subject of an appeal or judicial review. Further research is recommended to ensure that the legal information you obtain is accurate and up-to-date.
